Cancellation Policy:
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel a cleaning appointment. To ensure fairness to both our cleaning professionals and other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation requests made 48 hours or more in advance:
If you cancel your cleaning appointment at least 48 hours in advance, there will be no cancellation fee, and we will fully refund any payment made in advance.
Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours in advance:
If you cancel your cleaning appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of $50 will be applied. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded to you.
No-shows or same-day cancellations:
If you cancel your cleaning appointment the day of or do not show up for the scheduled service, the full service fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate any exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We highly recommend notifying us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the available time slot to other customers.
